My first song that I'm actually gonna record. Its a funk groove so keep that in mind. I haven't written a bridge or anything yet but this is the skeleton.

I was feelin' right one Friday night,
I was hittin up the town.
Walked into that smokey club
just to hear some funky sound.
When I heard the base peruse the groove
my heart started to pound,
'cus the music that was playin
makes the world go 'round and 'round.

this music's slipping through me.
We make these beats, and feel the heat

the center's soft and gooey.
Breath easy now, for in this life,
the funk we spin is groovy.

The Beginning
